We Have a Cool New Program For All Drivers!

Did you know that we have an Employee Assistance Program that gets you free temporary counseling, financial advice, and legal assistance? It is free to all of our drivers, including owner-operators! There is NO shame in needing someone to talk to sometimes to get a little perspective!

We've partnered with Avera for a new EAP program, (Employee Assistance Program). If you have time to watch in the safety meeting from March 25th, Jeremy, with Avera, gives about a 10 minute presentation on the coverage. Here are the highlights:

• Completely confidential

• Completely free - no insurance or co pays

• They work with employee, spouse and family members to age 26

• (we are extending this to our O/O base and O/O drivers)

• They offer three free session per issue, no limit on the issues

• They cover everything from depression and anxiety, to financial and legal concerns

• They have a network of services for out of the area needs

• Virtual visits are an option
