EFS Outtage Today

Some of you may have noticed issues with our EFS system today. EFS experienced a large-scale outtage that impacted our EFS cards, EFS apps, and EFS checks for several hours.

If you had to put fuel on during that time and did so using a personal card, please be sure you send the receipt in with your paperwork and write “CASH” on it so we know to reimburse you. If it was for fuel, make sure to note on the receipt whether it was tractor or reefer fuel. Having these receipts, even if you are an owner operator and cover your own expenses, will allow us to accurately calculate fuel tax.
